I am currently a third year student studying Business and Management, and hoping to do my masters in the field of HRM next year. I currently hold two offers, from University of St. Andrews and Manchester Business School.

The course at :
University of St. Andrews, MSc Human Resource Management
and
Manchester Business School, MSc Human Resource Management and Comparative Industrial Relations

I need to accept an offer before Christmas, however I have been very hesitant of deciding where to go. Obviously St. Andrews has a good reputation for the actual university, however the course at Manchester seems to be stronger and better structured.

The course at St. Andrews leads to a qualification for Chartered Institute of Management, while the course at Manchester leads to a qualification for Chartered Institute of Personnel Development.

I am hoping to work within the financial sector within the top 100 recruiter in the UK.

I genuinely appreciate any advice, as doing a masters is a big investment and I need to make sure that I pick the right choice.
