To date or not to date?

I'm feeling a bit weird and don't know what to do. Basically I've been asked out on 5 dates the past couple of weeks, 3 of the guys I'm not interested in and I know which one I like best out of the other two. The thing is one of them is the guy I pulled at the weekend he insisted on walking me home even though I could get a lift and he lived in a completely different direction. He was dead lovely and text me that night and a couple of times the next day. Then he went on holiday to Mallorca and I said if he wanted to do anything when he gets back then he's to let me know. I then didn't hear from him (probably because he's on hol). That night I was asked to meet this guy who goes to LIPA (where I studied last year), we were initially going to maybe go out when we go back to liverpool in Sept but he doesn't want to wait that long. The trouble is, I like the other guy more at the moment because I've spent more time with him but I kind of feel that I should go for a date with the guy from LIPA as the other guy will be pulling on holiday for sure. I'm also I bit dubious about him coming back and asking me on a date after not texting all his hol and doing God knows what. I know I have absolutely no hold on him but I'm going to be annoyed if he doesn't text at least once whilst away ( I can't help feeling that way). Does anyone know what I mean or have any suggestions about what I should do?xx
