hi im 19 and i am 6' tall. im wondering if i am still growing coz i hope i can grow an inch or two more. are there any exercises that i can do or food that i should it to help my growth?

I think you continue growing until you're about 21. The operative words being "I think" lol so you've got a couple more years to go. But I don't think you'll grow too much more, given the age you are now :smile:

I think guys do grow until they are 21. I know my boyf in college grew and inch and a bit between 18 and 21.
Eating healthily, getting planty of calcium and not smoking are said to help your chances of growing.

You could try yoga or pilates.. i remember watching a programme once where a female claimed to have grown two inches by lengthening her muscles! Whether its true or not is another matter, but it might be worth a try! If not, you can come and steal some of my height (6ft 3 and female!)

M flatmate arrived at uni aged 18 and 6ft 5. He is now 20 and a bit and has hit 6ft 6. Peter Crouch time if he carries on till he's 21.

im 5'9 and male, and i feel short a lot of the time :P ahh well, not to fussed really. Ill live with the cards im dealt.

And yes you do keep growing till your 21 (apart from your nose and ears which grow for ever :P)

Bungee Jumpin! Everyone who likes xtreme sports has to do it one day! Done it at Victoria Falls, Zambia. Most amazing experience. You sh*t yourself when you're lookin down, might stretch some bones :biggrin:
