Im struggling with a few question, help?

1)Given the equation Ax+By+C=0 , what conditions must be placed on A ,B , and Cfor the graph of the line to have and negative slope and a positive y -intercept.

2)Two perpendicular lines intersect on the x -axis. If one line has the equationy=2/3x+6, then what is the equation of the other line? Answer in general form.

3)Determine the equation of a line that has an x-intercept of -13 and a y-intercept of -9.Answer in slope intercept form.
