Need some advice regarding to sore stomic

Hi everybody, i have to appologise befor asking such a dumb question.

I always have sore stomac if i do't eat at the right time or missed out a meal. I think it's due to the citric acid that is digesting my stomac. Is my condition called gastric? Some people told me that gastric is when your stomac if full of trapped air. Also, if that happen to me next time what should I eat immediately to reduce the pain? I'm working full time now and we don't have a fixed break time over there because it depends on how busy we are. My mum said drinking warm milk would help (i predic that will neutralise the acid) but my cousin said that will expand my stomac and will make it worse. I've taken some tablets given by my aunt before, other than that i never have any medicine for this pain. Is there any that i can easily buy from local chemist?

Its acid ingestion. Antiacids should do the trick, there non prescription. You just chew them and they help get the wind up.

Antacids. Maybe instead of "ooh it's hurting I'd better eat immediately" you should save yourself the bother and just eat when you normally do? I mean, if you are allowed to suddenly leave and eat something if you get a stomachache, surely you should be allowed proper meal times? Alternatively, milk should help, cold or warm. "Gastric" just means "pertaining to the stomach", I think, in the same way that "nasal" means "having something to do with the nose".

Maybe you should consider changing your diet pattern. Eating breakfast earlier then more at dinner, so you eat later and less for tea? Something like that.

I wouldn't be able to leave to eat if i get a stomachache if it's busy. I work in a hotel as a waitress so I can hardly get away. Although i can eat in the kitchen which is just behind the restaurant but the chefs always complain that we should not eat in the kitchen, instead we should eat in the staff room which we can only go during break time.

Tell the chefs to piss off and allow you twenty minutes for tea, and you'll make it up by spending twenty minutes longer there in the evening or something. That's ridiculous.
