Guy screwed me over for a girl.

So angry right now: Basically, long story short:

I go out last friday with 2 girls, hannah and janet, hannah has a boyfriend, so does janet.
My friend david gets ridiculously pissed and vomits so we have to go home at 11.
Hannah goes to her boyfriends, janet comes back with us.
All night janet has been very flirty with me, little gropes, very touchy feely, holding hands and stroking the inside of my palms etc..
So were downstairs in his double bed in the lounge and he wont leave the room. Keeps making little comments like "oh ill just leave you two alone then" whilst staying in the room, thus making it awkward.
She leaves because he wont, she says save me a space as she goes upstairs, ends up staying up there and i find out today they almost had sex, did everything else etc.
I'm ****ing livid as i think this is class a girl stealing, and he knew what he was doing, to add insult to injury he knows i havent got some as recently as him, so i could have done with fooling around with this girl cos i kinda liked her.. i mean, do i have reason to be angry, what do i do about him ? Hes apologised, i dont think its very sincere and im not forgiving him.
One of the main reasons im so angry is cos i stepped back, i thought, he doesnt want me messing around with his friend, shes got a boyf and its his house and he broke the very code he set. Opinions, suggestions please.

Right so you wanna judge me, when all im doing is looking for advice cos im angry and upset and ive lost a mate. Im sorry i said fooling around, and not making out, or getting to third base or foreplay, class a girl stealing, yup im such a gimp, im sorry, ill replace that with took a girl that i thought liked me, not getting any, not having sexual relations for a good few months, the code, his house rules.
