Will SAAS/Scottish Government pay my tution fees, going to another uni
I recently left a course at uni in Scotland after 2nd year and took my diphe with my 240 credits, mainly because i didn't like the course, no friends, hated travelling home to and from uni city at weekends 
, anyway my question is if I see another uni course in the future i want to apply for will SAAS/Scottish Government pay for my tution fees even though they paid them before for me and i left before the 4 year course duration, i should say i'm Scottish and would look at courses in Scotland or through the OU and also what would happen if I wanted to apply for a loan/bursary again after already receiving a loan previously.
