What classifies as being an EU student for uni applications?

Hi, I'm in a rather unusual situtation. I was born in England to French and Belgian parents. I lived there for 12 years, then moved to Switzerland (not in the EU). I lived there for 4 years and now I am at boarding school in England (but I assume my official residence is still in Switz...not sure about that). I have both a French and Belgian passport, so those are my nationalities. Do I count as an EU student due to my nationalities?

I am wondering in terms of university fees. If I study in England do I pay UK/EU fees? And if I choose to go to Scotland it would be free for me right? Or is it based on where I live? In which case would England or Switzerland count?

Sorry for the long lecture and all the questions I'm just really confused :/
Thanks!

P.S. I didn't know what section to put this thread in so feel free to move it

Why not ask your boarding school, or ring UCAS
