What's Better, The Sex Or the Build Up To Sex?

What in your opinion is better.

Personally, I'd have to go with the build up before, simply because it gives you and your partner the chance to be really close, and sensitive with each other.

I also find it is also extremely romantic, and you can really push the boat out with a romantic meal, candles, slowly undressing each other etc.

Whats your opinions on this, and which do you think is better?

like you (the OP) said, the connection is there and it's just fun. you can also do it in lots of different ways, be playful, naughty, seductive, serious, whatever.

and it lasts longer.

Sex.

The build-up is only nice because you know there's going to be sex at the end of it. It's like asking which is nicer: sex or having an orgasm?

Then again, sex would be less enjoyable without the foreplay, so it works both ways.

I know what the worst part is: when it's over and you realise that you're not really attracted to the other person and it was all just for sex. And you wish they would bugger off to leave you alone.
