The Chase
It sucks. I mean when you first meet someone and spend time getting to know them and testing the waters and so on.
If it works, you can look back on it and love how it all worked out and the good early memories of awkwardness and nervousness.
If it doesn't, you can learn from it and change how you were next time. Either is good.
But at the time, it sucks.
You never know where it will end up or if you will appear too keen, too laidback, you don't want to appear as if you don't like them when you really really do but also you don't want to look as if you like them if they don't like you as much (and there isn't ever a time where you like them EXACTLY as much as you like them, never - not at the start, so you have to work out which it is) and eurgh.
Who had a good chase at the start of their relationship? Who's sucked? Who's in one at the moment?

if the chase is goin your way... as in you better lookin then the person your chasin.. its great!

The chase is fun. Although a girl has been chasing me for a while now and finally confessed that she had been. When that girl ISNT your gf, it can cause some... problems in your relationship 
If your girlfriend had been chasing you for a while, and moreover you hadn't noticed, there would have been equally many problems in your relationship. Can't win.
This thread begs the question; are there any tips or techniques to improve ones success at chasing or to simply make the chase easier.

They dropped a massive hint and I didn't take it:
She was in her room standing on a box, trying to work out how much shorter she was than me and 'accidentally fell off', letting me catch her. So I caught her...and said "you are a bit clumsy". Doh.
It did pick back up though, so I didn't totally screw up.
