a goods lift can carry upto 5000kg and is loaded with carates whose masses are normally distributed with mean 79.2kg and standard deviation 5.5kg. Show that it is highly likely that the lift can take 62 randomly selected crates without being overloaded..

you need to find the distribution of Y, where Y is the mass of 62 crates... then find the probability that Y < 5000 kg
