Looking for a studio or a female flatmate in city centre

Hello,
I am looking for a studio in the city center,or a female flatmate to share the house with. I will be studying in NTU in January so if you have any suggestions please let me know :smile:

Most of the accomodation are for 4+ but I'm just looking to share a flat with one girl, in the city center of Nottingham.

The rent will be between 200 and 310 PCM.

Hello,
I was a student at NTU in Nottingham. I left my room in one of the Nottingham Trent University and I look for a contract take over. This is in Gill Street Residence 5 min from uni and 10min from city centre, a 125£ a week 44weeks contract that can be turned into a 51weeks contract. Bills are all inclusives (water electricity, gaz, internet) and there also is an insurance for your stuff. There is a 24/7 laundry acces and a 24/7 reception office, bike storage too.
The kitchen is shared with 7 other people all 22+ mostly girls. There are 2 friges, with deep freezers, a microwave oven, 2 cooks, 2 ovens, a water boiler, a vaccum.
The room is ensuited, with a big desk and bookshelves.
