Thin arms and wrist

My forearms are extremely thin, especially my wrist to the extent that I can easily form a ring between my finger and thumb of my other hand around it. I can't wear wrist watches and I look weird with a t-shirt on. I suppose you could call me a shorter version of peter crouch  What are the best kind of weights/exercises I can do to improve the strength and appearance of my forearms and wrists? I'm prepared to work on it over the summer.

Thanks in advance

If they bother you that much you could do this kind of exercise:
1)stretch out you arm fully
2)open the fridge door
3)grab a creamy dessert
4)eat

I have the same thing. Really tiny arms are wrists. I've exercised a lot, and put on weight and nothing has changed about my arms. For me it's just something I got used to. (My wrists are so small I can fit my pinky finger and thumb around it) Try not to worry to much, I don't think it's really possible to change it.

Reverse Curls,
Reverse Barbell Curls
Barbell wrist curls
I have stupidly small wrists and forearms as well. Even when I go through one of my press-ups morning and evening fazes (they have never lasted more than 2 months, and I feel there may never be another one) I still have the tiny wrists. It's just your bone structure.
Buy some dumbells, do the exercises on here http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/exercises.htm

My arms use to be freakishly skinny too. About 4-5 months of not that intense weights and im happy with them now. As long as your not hoping for proper 'weight-lifter arms' you should be able to do it without that much trouble (i.e you dont need to bother with protein shakes, creatine etc if you dont want to)

Remember you cant actually make your wrists any bigger only your forearms, biceps, triceps and shoulders etc. I think your wrists are one of the only places you dont put on any muscle or fat. Its to do with bone structure

Theres a bodybuilders soc on TSR i think. You could ask in there for help, they probably know what they're talking about better than me

Ya I got skinny wrists too. Weights won't help, as you won't noticably see a difference with an increase in wrist muscles. The only thing you can do is put on a tonne of weight.

lol, you do see a difference when you do some work outs and build up the muscles in your fore arm.

what should you eat to accompany such excerises?
My arms and wrists are really really skinny, even when I was 15 and swimming to a national standard (im 19 now) I had very thin arms compared to every other swimmer who was a muscle machine! However, I had extreme amounts of strength in my shoulders, back and upper arms... and what was that about playing the piano?? I am a grade 8 pianist, playing since I was 5 and still have extremely thin lower arms and my watch has so many links out its unreal!!

I used to do loads of weights for swimming but bear in mind that theres look good muscle and actual practical muscle ... alot of muscle men you see arent actually that dynamic and powerful just designed to look good, same with a six pack... hence why I never looked that strong but was still one of the top swimmers in the country.
