Assignment marked unfairly

Basically, I passed my first uni assignment for law llb which was coursework on criminal law. As part of the coursework I was requested to create a bibliography and this counts as a module for a topic of llb course in my case legal skills. I received my results and passed the coursework but failed the bibliography. I feel like I have been harshly and unfairly marked as after checking the bibliographies of fellow students many were very similar to mine and some even had same mistakes as mine but still passed. Also, the bibliographies are all marked by different tutors, therefore I believe my tutor was biased and have now arranged a meeting with the legal skills course leader. I was wondering if the decision by my tutor to fail my assignment can be appealed and overturned. Thank You.

How can one fail a bibliography??? All you have to do is copy and paste the references of books, articles, etc that you used in your coursework onto a blank document
