Is it illegal to throw money from a rooftop?

Say I'd robbed a bank or something, and had a couple million (of dirty money) but they couldn't trace it back to being from the bank.

If I threw a couple of hundred thousand pounds in notes from a rooftop, would I get charged with anything (after being questioned obviously)?

If i recall correctly, notes are OK. throwing coins is frowned upon.

Not if it's your own money which it won't be seeing as you'll have stolen it, in which case certainly it'll be illegal to throw it as it will be illegal to do anything with, seeing as it is, of course, stolen money.

I am certain there would be enough circumstantal evidence to prove that you attained that money illegally. For instance, how would you explain being in possession of all of that money? If you cannot be identified, however, you cannot be charged - not matter how grave the crime. If there was no existence of CCTV footage, finger prints or DNA connecting you to the crime the police would not be able to charge you for robbing the bank and you would most probably get fined for littering instead :rolleyes:
