I love sparkling water, i mix half with tap water and it's a lot nicer i'm not a huge fan of fizzy drinks on the whole.
i dont like tap water...prefer filtered or boiled (then cooled after obviously) lol
What you do is get a small bottle, fill it with water, and put it next to your laptop/PC/wherever you're most in the day. Just keep sipping at it, and when it's empty, fill it up again... you'll be surprised how quickly you go through several bottles.
i hate tap water and i hate filtered water, it has to be mineral otherwise i feel sick
8 glasses= 4 pints= 2 litre's= 4 5oo ml bottle's all the same

Come on!
You'd be going every 5 mins!

Yeah I know it seems a lot but I basically go downstairs and down around 3 glasses in a row.

Ooh if eight glasses is only 4 pints then I drink a hell of a lot more than that every day. I keep a pint glass one the go at home and get through at least 8 of them a day. I'm in and out the loo a lot but I feel really dehydrated if I don't get enough water.

I had throat problems and kept losing my voice. Doc suggested one and a half litres a day. Just build up to it. You can count tea and coffee in your limit if you have decaff. Def feel better if I drink all the water I'm supposed to. Great for fending off tiredness.

A full one of these is one glass.
I'm impressed if someone can have 15 of these in a day.

i had 12 of these in 6 minutes-impressed?
i dont think that much water in such a short space of time is possible. i would have to see it to believe it
That statistic is bunk btw. It depends on all sorts, the temperature, how much physical exercise you're getting, your metabolism, all sorts. Drink plenty, definately, but don't feel like you're going to die if you don't reach some sort of standard.

bit random but bout 6 years ago i had a water drinking competition at my school! We were bored at lunch! We worked out i had 3 litres there and then! I have never felt so bad in my life! Who said that stuff is good for you! I felt like i was going to explode and lessons were interupted through all the lessongs that afternoon!

No not really cos you're lying.
12 glasses in 6 minutes
=> 1 glass in 30 seconds

1 glass requires about 30 gulps
so 1 gulp a second.

Sorry i'm not buying it.
haha nicely done widowmaker LOL
