What do you think of Lord Byron? Do you know Pedro Calderón de la Barca? What's your favourite literary movement? Favourite poem?

Is my poem any good?

There once was a rapping tomato
That's right I said rapping tomato
It rapped all day
From april 'til may
And oh yeah guess what?
It was me. The end
I call it "Stolen from Homer".

Lord Byron ... he was a one for the ladies, wasn't he ( especially his sister  )

Pedro... Pedro... no, is he foreign ?

I loved the movement in Ulysses, the thunderbox one

I have to say that i like my poems the best... they are awesome ? here is a recent one:

There was a young lady called Suzi
Who was frankly a little bit buzi;
After drinking all day
She would roll in the hay
But was shot by a pimp with an Uzi

I expected opinion about his poetry, but yeah.

It's a playwright of the Spanish Golden Age, his plays have an uncommon poetic scent.

It lacks of content and emotional depth along with an overuse of efortless rhymes. No offense intended.

Here is another one:

There was a young stripper called Dolly
Whose features were not very jolly
Here thighs were too large
And her face was Farage
But she still earned a great deal of lolly

bring on thy questions sweet readers
Why are you known as the bear?
Where do you keep your secret lair?
Or Is it hidden away
Until cometh the day
When you find someone for whom you care?

There once was a man from Madrid
Who wrote with the ink of a squid
His plays were quite boring
With not enough whoring
But Lope de Vega outdid

There once was a poet called Bear
Whose writings he took pains to share;
His wit and his learning
Soon meant he was earning
Enough to make rivals despair

Could any dolt with half a brain
See the human kind has gone insane,
To the point where I don't know
If i'll upset the status quo
If I throw poison in the watermain?
