I know. I've been trying to read the sources of the questions but I havnt found much yet. I might find a source shortcut to which tags are false/true. I guess this is the only way. I know its cheating but what the heck! I need a job.

Same again I failed for the 2nd time now. I need advice bad! or should I just phone in or is that worse?
Personality sifts are not great things to have to go thorough, and I know I've been rejected at that stage on a couple of applications.

I would imagine phoning is even worse- would it be pressing numbers or speaking? Less time to contemplate...
I completely agree about the M&S application system and interview (now). Hahah.

That phrase 'abilities and talents' was used in my rejection letter. I thought, what on earth... what other abilities and talents do I need. You make being friendly to customers and stacking shelves properly sound so complicated!!

I passed, and have what i put saved somewhere, so if anyone wants them - just ask and i'll go find them

Guys, I failed the first time was angry and determined to pass the damn thing, that I set up another account on a different email, this time I passed and was told to call a number to arrange an interview.

When you call up though they ask for your name and DOB, and I assume all accounts you make get linked, as tey said unfortuanately I hadn't passed and would have to apply back after 6 months. I argued the online screen said I had passed!! but the lady just told me to reapply again after 6 months.
