In the last English test, the teacher has requested a paragraph about " A neighbouring country has recently been badly hit by an earthquake which killed more than 80 thousand people and made 3 million others threatened by outbreaks of epidemics and sever winter.
Write a newspaper article calling for help to and solidarity with the victims.
"

Obviously I wrote a paragraph which she assumed to be "Poetic". So I decided to rewrite a new one, but the thing is I can't understand a different way to write it!!
Can you guys display your essays here to give me an idea of how should this article be done?

A BIGGG thanks to all of youuu guys!! don't let me down pleaaase!!

He wants it to be an emphasizing article so I believe it would be in the first person

Generally newspaper articles are written in the third person.

You need to be persuasive in order to get people to help the victims (I'm sure you've studied persuasive techniques such as lists of three and emotive language). It will need to be factual - stating the vast numbers of people affected will be highly persuasive as well. Use powerful adjectives to describe just how much these people are suffering. If you think about the adverts that are on TV asking for donations, you should get a good idea of the kind of style to use.
