i'd say women. sexism is still a major issue (women working equivalent job to wen being paid less) and there's much more pressure on women when it comes to appearance.

Women, but men have it harder than it sometimes seems, they just don't shout about it.

Biologically, women.
-pregnancy
-bleed out of their vaginas on a regular basis
-pain of child birth
-periods make them super emotional
-can't pee standing up
-generally physically weaker than men

They've never had to deal with being struck by somebody/something in the testicles though...

Men. They are to society what drummers are to bands -- a vital, yet somewhat forgotten or 'invisible' asset.

I would assume "pain of child birth" equates to this.

I disagree.

With child birth there is an upside, a light at the end of the tunnel if you will, you're about to have a child. There is no upside or light at the end of the tunnel from testicle trauma, just ice cold pain that shrivels you up and pierces you like a knife.
