They have signed permanent deals, not loan deals. They are officially West Ham United players now. This really p*sses me off, we really should've got Mascherano.

I guess that... There was probably too little time to agree a transfer fee with Corinthians for them... and the top teams didn't want them on season long loans if there was no option for buyin them after. As they could grow to really rely on the player, but Corinthians could then ask for any price for them after the season is up.
But WH have got them on a perm deal for an undisclosed price.

Maybe we just dont have the money.

This is mental! This morning everywhere said it was loan deals! Surely we have more money than West Ham! There's something majorly fishy going on!?!?

Well MSI were going to take over West Ham, so one suggestion is that they've effectively given the players to West Ham (seeing as MSI, not Corinthians own them), and are going to take over the club in the very near future.

Thats what im leaning towards aswell. I think MSI have basically given them the players as a takeover is imminent.

MSI probably offered them for free if they could get 51% of the clubs profits or something... like they did for Corinthians.

You'll probably find that they already own West Ham now.
