Having spent most of the last two months revising physic, I decided t replace geekiness with alcohol. A decision I will most probably regret tomrorrow. Nevertheless I now have WoT and Fate of the Jedi to catch up on.....

I can confidently say that I have never made embarrassing drunken posts on TSR. I may have been under the influence of other substances at some points though :ninja:

Ouch good luck with the exams:top: It feels so strange not having to spend 10 hours everyday revising now

Not bad, not bad. Just been ploughing through work, playing stupid stuff on the Xbox and (recently) tried to start reading again!

For my grand re-introduction to the literary circles, I started out fairly low-key. Brilliant book, but next I need to diverge into slightly more ...new books. I've got a few recommendations from Crimson, but you got any you want to throw up?

First recommendation will always be Jim Butcher until or unless you've read him . His stuff is new in that it's all been released in the last 5 or so years. Maybe a little bit longer, but certainly no older than a decade.

I recommend Joe Abercrombie's First Law Books. They're just utterly brilliant.

Also Brent Weeks' stuff was pretty awesome.

Lastly, K. E. Mills' "Accidental Sorcerer" was a good laugh, will be buying the second this summer, no doubt.
