I'm sure he'll like it.

for the picture it depends totally on him, he might really like it or he might feel that it's a bit too much for a 3 month old relationship. you know him better, but i think it's a nice idea. or get him a t shirt printed with something of your choice on it, something specific to you two. i did this for most of my friends' 18ths and they all loved it because it was personalised just for them.
wel things r stil as gd as they were when we first started going out
and see each other quite often, just not sure!

Sounds dandy to me  but like others have said, you know him best

Is there anyway you can leave him a note somewhere he might find it on his birthday as you're not there? A friends bf came into school one day without friend seeing and left a birthday card in said friends pigeon hole and she found it the next morning and spent half of the day wondering how it'd got there but found it very sweet.

Might be an idea?
i was goin 2 hide his present somewhere in his house

Don't ring him and tell him though, text and don't be direct (give clues) and make him look! *nod*

yeahhhh, leave him a treasure trail in his own house!!! *claps excitedly*

(not an obvious one though, text him saying "look inside the vase in your hallways...")

There's no better present than being given your own body weight in unsalted cashew nuts. I think you should at least consider it.
