I was worried about if I sit for International A Levels I won't be able to apply to university in UK because I heard International A Levels is not accepted in the UCAS Tariff and universities specifically in UK will not be accepting this?

This is incorrect; as far as UCAS, UCAS tariffs and universities are concerned, international A Levels are equivalent to UK A Levels.
