When using " ... quiere/quieren que...", you will have a verb after "que" in the subjunctive mode (subjuntivo). In this case, "mis padres quieren que vaya..." would be correct.

However, at least in Spain I haven't heard the expression "ir a un colegio de médicos" or "ir a una escuela de médicos". We usually say "study medicine" ("estudiar medicina").
So the translation would be "Mis padres quieren que estudie medicina, pero no soy lo suficientemente inteligente."

Sorry I translsted word by word, I didn't know that you meant study medicine... Yes, in this case, it would be "estudiar medicina"
