So from what I know so far, it is was a teleological decision to end the World War 2... to save American civilians you need to kill Japanese civilians... and what else...

Is it feasible that aliens detected the Gamma ray emissions of the two nuclear explosions and if so, what do they think of us as a result and will it effect how they interact with us in the future?
