Over-dieting

Well im one of them people who if asked helps generally, its good and bad. So i recently met my mates gf, and she has a diet... at first after seeing her i thought okay pretty normal for a girl of 14/15 and she is thin already, so maybe she diets a bit to keep her figure?

Well when she was off school a few days later, she acme on msn just after lunch (im in 6th form so was already home) i asked why and if she was alrite, and she said shes always weak and tired. So i asked had she eaten enough slept etc etc.

turns out she does NOT eat. Im serious, breakfast she has nothing, lunch is a piece of fruit if her bf sits with her, and dinner is very little if shes forced to. Like tonight was 2 pieces of broccoli and a spoon of sweetcorn.
I spoke to her bf he knows and wants to help her without making her angry etc.

This clearly is not enough food intake for anyone let alone a 15 year old girl.

I am not any expert in food disorders but this sounds like anorexia, constantly fearing being overweight, eating very little and imagining it is a lot. Weak, low blood pressure, light headed, cold a lot, never hungry, and always saying shes fat.

I mean she raelly isnt fat, i can get my arm round her waist most likely and im slightly over 5'7" so my arms arent that long.

How do we or can i tell hte bf (who doesnt use TSR) how to help her? id hate to see her ill over this but it really is not far off i can see it now.

Thanks,
