Looking for housemates in cardiff for a house

Hello

All my current housemates graduate this year so am looking for housemates to replace them. It is a 5 bedroom house, the rent is £260 a month including water, there are no agency fees, half rent through summer, and a landlord who will do almost anything for us. The house is on west grove in roath which is next to the engineering building and round the corner from queen street. It's a really nice Victorian house and not your typical mouldy student house :smile:

hello

all rooms are double rooms, so you would have 2 double rooms for yourselves. You could also have a double room and your own personal sitting room if you really wanted also.
what infomation would you like?

If you're still looking for more people, I'd recommend some student accommodation groups on Facebook such as Cardiff Student House Hunters. I've met people from here before and it has been really successful. However, do your due diligence before moving in with people you don't know.
