Listen to Bright Eyes - Nothing Gets Crossed Out.
Sounds to me like someone needs to learn a new masturbation technique.

People complaining about being 'bored with their lot in life' should be hung, for being to darn lazy to do anything about it. They created the situation that they're in. They could change it, its fine if they decide not to... but whinging about it bugs me.

um. yes. i know whinging isnt good. what i want is ways to get motivated! like maybe other people have felt similar and discovered NLP or somethin is good...i dunno...

I think everyone gets through that phase sometime in their life. When I did that (and sometimes still do) I just focused on what I have by acting on that good thing. Eg. I like anime so I just pig out in front of a TV and watch a really good, and preferably happy, anime.

Try avoid watching, reading or doing things which are depressing (like watching sad films or listening to songs).

I guess everyone's different so just do whatever you feel best that will cheer you up.

Yes. I get these moments alot. Especially the few weeks before my exams when I couldnt be bothered to revise but then stress over the fact that im not revising.

Everyone feels like that. I know alot of my friends feel like that sometimes. When these moments comes, i try to shut myself in a quiet room and close down the curtains and just sits on my bed quietly (but not lying down cos then you'll go to sleep) to calm myself down and just reflect on the good things in my life. And then find something, a particular task, however small (even tidying your room) and then wash your face and then complete that task. Afterwards you feel better because you're not wasting your time, and you've done at least one thing to change the way you live.

So yeah that and meditation.
