Please give me any tips for dealing with snoring.
My boyfriend has problems with his nose almost constantly being blocked or full of scabs due to medical reasons of some nature and it means he snores every night. I can't sleep when i'm with him and it's really annoying. :/

You can get (quite) cheap mouth-guard type things which can be very effective, or there are sprays for the back of throat and nasal strips but I hve no idea if they actually work.

Other things -- a bit of weight loss, lying on front or side at night, orrrrrr ear plugs...

Another thing to consider is going to the doctors, could be sleep apnea.

To much weight will contribute snoring, so try to loose weight. Change your life style, eat healthy food like fruits and vegetables. Stop smoking if you do. When you sleep try to sleep on your side.
