Monday's session:

Squats: 100kg - 5,5,4 (failed 5th rep), 3,3
Very hard, kept hitting the left rack

Deadlift: 1x5x125kg - first time I've got this weight for 5 hallelujah

Decided to bench instead of OHP:
Bench Press: 5x5x68kg

Weighted Pull ups: 5x5x7kg
did this again

Curls and skull crushers: 3x8x25kg

Wednesday's session:

Squats:
100kg - 5,5,4 (failed 5th rep again fs), 5,5
Managed to get 5s after my poor 3rd set, very long rest times, found a better bar position not as high as my earlier sets.

A bit of right knee soreness the day after. Concerned, will need to make sure I'm not hyperextending my knee at the top, and not to use too much knee movement.

Standing Press: 5x5x47kg - did a slight bit of push press on my 4th set to get it up for my last rep

Weighted pull-ups: 5x5x7.5kg - so hard. Not sure about form being all there. Might go down to improve.

Tricep extensions: 3x8x24kg
1x8x22kg

Curls: 3x8x25kg

Friday's session:

Squats:
100kg - 5, 4(failed 5th rep), 5,5,5
I'm cursed with that 4. Lost concentration. Annoying. Thought I could stick with 100kg and it'd be easy. Lol nope. Still hard

Bench Press: 5x5x70kg - this felt good. Very happy with this. Above bodyweight bench for 5x5 now. First time I've got this weight for 5x5.

Weighted Pull ups: 5x5x7.5kg - still hard

Skull crushers supersetted with curls
SC: 30kg - 8,6,6
Curls: 3x6x30kg
