Psychology timetable?

Hi:smile: does anyone have a typical first year undergrad psychology timetable I could see? Thanks.

It depends on where you have applied! Some uni's range from about 28% to 42% of lecture times in the first year (well I know mine do!) so a general timetable may not be too helpful.
Yeh the number of lectures/practicals/essays/projects you do will vary massively between unis. I have never done a lab report, for example, and im in my third year. Others will have loads to do.
I don't have my actual timetable, but I still have all my modules on Blackboard from the past 3 years. This is what we did in first year every week, at the university I went to

Introduction to Psychology: Biological Psychology - 1 hour (lecture)*
Introduction to Psychology: Cognitive Psychology - 1 hour (lecture)*
Psychological Research Methods and Analysis - 1 hour (lecture)
Health Psychology - 1 hour (lecture)*
Psychological Research Methods and Analysis - 1 hour (workshop)
Psychological Laboratory Experience and Skills - 2 hours (workshop)
Psychology in Practice - 2 hours (workshop)

Everything with a * changed to another topic in Semester 2, and workshops were usually on different days to lectures. Things do vary a lot from place to place, but check out the module guides for the places you're applying to and you'll be able to get a rough idea. They do usually state whether it's a practical/workshop class or a lecture.
