Umm I would suggest you visit the dentist, it could be some form of halitosis? :frown:
ok, thanx i dont know what that is.. I HAVE a dentist i see every 4 weeks because of my braces and it's only been since i've had braces so i dont think (or at least hope) it's any illness.. tahts why i'mpoting this in the hope that maybe its just somehting that comes with braces n goes with them.. but thanx for your reply;-)
use listerine mouth wash or eat mint sweets

and drink lots of water.
yeah thats what i've been doing for the past year or so.. myabe it really is just a braces thing that will go away when i get them of in 3 months..

Everyone has bad breath in the morning, because you haven't been salivating much overnight so bacteria can build up on your tongue. Just make sure to thoroughly brush your tongue after you brush your teeth that morning.

Don't bite into hard-boiled sweets though, that can break your brace. Mouthwash is a safer bet.

i do, just use some mouthwash and clean your teeth regularily and you get minty fresh breath!
yeah you mite also want to brush your teeth before you go to bed aswel, it helped a bit for me, and get a long lasting mouth wash to keep your breath nice and minty.
The best is clean your teeth after every meal: That's what i do and i have no problem at all. Make sure there's no food stucking!
