I don't think you get any information on that until you accept the unconditional place - I sent mine off in Feb, with the little form and stuff, and I got the card back saying the app had been received but that's it.
Once they get the results, make your place unconditional and I think once you reply to that, THEN you get the Accomodation thing end July/August... where you have 7 days to confirm that.

yeah i got that little reciept thing back from them to say theyd recieved it, but not heard anything else yet .. which halls did u apply for? I applied for the On Campus ones, think it was called Leek Road or something. Anyway, the on campus ones without en-suite.

In general - I applied for the Clarice Cliff Court accom. Nothing beats your own shower and toilet.

well I rang up on Monday and the woman said I'd been accepted, should be having a confirmation letter within three days and one from Ucas but Ucas hasn't updated, I haven't got any letters and I'm getting stressed! lol Mainly because I want my accomodation sorted ASAP.

i found out my dates from the application for welcome week reps lol...
actually i've just re-checked and it says 16th - 23rd ^_^ so don't worry it aint too soon
