Game Tree - Recursion

Hello guys, I have this query located on another forum which can provide more information to my problem.

I've been searching the web for any tutorial or useful information regarding tree structures. I'm interested in producing a tutorial for future students to study after experiencing this great dark hole in my research.

I'm working on a project which I'd like to implement a Tree Data Structure to hold a information and evaluate them at a depth of 4.

My project aside, I'm interested in any material you can give me as revision purposes to start me off on the road of tree structures.
