Canterbury is a busy and attractive city, within an hour from London and is located in the heart of a World Heritage Site. The world famous cathedral can easily be seen from the main campus and the city centre is full of historic buildings, shops, restaurants, bars and traditional pubs. Canterbury is regarded as the 2nd safest University City, exhibits a friendly and welcoming atmosphere and there are numerous city centre accommodation sites offering an excellent student lifestyle.

There has been multi-million pound investment into the state of the art Library and student support facilities (joint winner of the 2013 SCONUL Library Design Awards), Sports Centre, Students Union, Music Facilities and Accommodation.

Canterbury Christ Church University students have superb career prospects, with 94% of recent graduates in employment or further study 6 months after completing their studies. This places the university in the top 10 nationally. Should there be a new university admissions system that ditches predicted grades?
