Some strains of genital warts can be transmitted to the mouth. You might want to get it checked out.

hey lets not get carried away here. Im just talking about normal teenage spots nothing like what your mentioning. Im aware of such diseases as your mentioning, but im just talking about your everyday spots. Can the oils and stuff from doing it result in spots?
Like when I have pizza hut, sometimes i get spots around my mouth fo rthe next few days as a result of the oils from the way you eat pizza.

Thanks for your help though.

well, if you have a coldsore and give oral you can give them genital herpes, so i don't see why it can't happen the other way round.

Giving oral will not cause typical "teenage" spots to occur around your mouth, unless of cause you have a cold sore, in which case you could have any of the above suggested, but as you have stated that you don't this is highly unlikely. If the spots that have occured around your mouth are because of oral sex then it would be likely that you would also have spots, or swelling on the lips and inside of the mouth. In which case these are not teenage spots and you should see a Doctor.
