um well it is if you were boyfriend and girlfriend. I have done that before and I don't really count it as a proper relationship.

Probably not... I'd count it as dating or seeing each other or something but I can't see it counting as a proper relationship.

Nah. I'd say that they were seeing each other, maybe even dating, but I wouldn't call it a relationship.
