I'm having trouble explaining what a fused/unsupported metal catalyst is. I know iron in the haber process is one but I don't know how to write a paragraph and how it is, can someone please tell me where too look to understand it more or explain it to me please

Have no idea what you mean by a fused catalyst.
By an unsupported catalyst you probably mean a homogenous catalyst, typically a metal catalyst in solution.

Also pls mark A-level stuff as Sixth form not undergrad

I never did this at a-level, I'm dong it now in my second year at uni. And can't unsupported still be heterogenous?

A fused metal catalyst can be heterogeneous as metal catalysts by nature are heterogeneous. Try explaining the structure of iron in your ammonia synthesis catalyst.
