Leg Waxing.

The redness and itching won't last long, it's probably best to just leave it alone for the time being, and there really isn't anything you can do to make it grow back more quickly. You'd be stupid not to wear shorts because of this, it's a conversation piece :smile:

Im a boy and tonight i let a girl wax a bit of me leg, she told me it wouldn't hurt and probably wouldn't work. So i let her and now there's a bit oblong shaped smooth bit on my leg, and she says it takes six weeks to grow back! : :mad:

Is this true and can't i make it grow faster , i do/did plan on wearing shorts this summer! Plus its a bit red and itches like mad!

I remember one guy shaved his legs back in year 9, obviously it grew back fairly fast, but he did it for a dare and forgot that sports day was the next day...and he was running in virtually every race. All the chants were something like "go baldy go".

It might take 4 - 6 weeks to grow fully back, but it doesnt take long for a fair few hairs to grow back (well, I say long - is still a matter of weeks lol)

I think you should just finish the job and wax the whole of your legs :biggrin:

maybe it is 4-6 weeks, it's different for different people, 8 at the most, but then I haven't ever tried lol, and I agree, just wax it all and adopt a squeaky voice, you never know.

. Summer will be long gone in 8 weeks time! isnt there any miracle grow stuff out there to make it go faster and my leg is seriously itchy itnt there after wax or something?

Miracle grow? Isn't that for plants, anyway, the answers probably no, most people wax because they don't want the hair, so an after wax would probably be a silly idea. You'll probably get away with it, it probably won't be noticable after 2 weeks, as soon as hair starts growing back you'll be fine. :smile:

aww i do feel sorry for you, but yeah, short of shaving your head and sticking the hair onto your bald patch, or colouring in your leg, there really is nothing you can do. just have to laugh it off lol :redface:

This one time at NYCGB... I lost a big forfeit at a cabaret night. So I dutifully turned up the next morning to have what I imagined to be incredible pain inflicted upon me. After the first few, it just tingled - not agonising at all.

So neaten up and get the rest done - else your legs will just resemble the chest of the 40-year-old virgin. And if you're away on any courses/camps/trips this Summer and you've runners'/swimmers' thighs, you'll get plenty of female attention.
