What statistical test should I use?

I'm currently writing up a report looking at the effect of boats on sediment suspension. I have 6 lakes where boats are used, and 4 where they are not. I want to test whether there is a significant differences between the boat-permitted and not-permitted lakes in relation to sediment suspension, but not sure what stats test to do? I had thought OneWay ANOVA, but not entirely sure how to do it.

Any help greatly appreciated :smile:
