I'd say dizziness was serious enough to warrant going to the doctor's. You might fall under a bus. Seriously though, go as soon as you can. Can't be healthy.

well ive been feeling dizzy a lot lately, like ill be walking along and i'll suddenly be staggering around trying to find my balance. i havent been taking any medication or changed my diet or anything, so ive got no idea what could be causing this.

Do you get enough sleep? I've found that sometimes when i've got almost no sleep I do feel a little dizzy, so could be that, but still see a doctor if it continues.

Maybe the weather has affectd you... change diet slightly, low blood sugar can cause dissness, and also lack of water... but it mayb the heat

As someone else said, it could be an inner-ear infection which could be causing the dizziness.

I suffer from vertigo and I've found that the hot weather can upset it. However, I went to the osteopath today, as I've had problems with my neck for years, and he suggested that my neck pains could have triggered my vertigo, so that's also worth thinking about

In response to your question, it's probably a good idea to go to your GP and get things checked out. Dizziness can be caused by a number of different problems, such as low blood-pressure, anemia, as well as infections...

Wait a minute, i have something like this, i have fallen over on the floor a couple of times, or need some support to stop falling over if i got up too fast. I think its something to do with blood sugar being too low, try having something like a chocolate biscuit, if you begin to feel like this, see if that helps, it helps me.
