City University London or Sheffield? Best uni 4 u?

Hi guys! Next year I´ll be doing my Journalism Erasmus in UK, but I have to choose between City University London and the University of Sheffield. As I have also studied Law, I´d like to go to the best University as possible in both areas in order to start researching for my Bachelor's Final Thesis (in Commecial Law -private equity, venture capital, funds, etc.- applied to Journalism).
What´s more prestigious? I´ve been looking over international rankings, but I can't make a conclusion. So... What's your opinion? City University or Sheffield?
