Umm, all i've got is eat flora butter.

How about a few nuts and seeds. They've got the essential fatty acids in and protein. Fish is usually good, oily ones have got omega 3 in and I think white ones are low in fat. Er.....differnt types of beans and pulses, like lentils and black eye beans and stuff. I quite like Gillian McKeith's You Are What You Eat book. I'm a bit skeptical about some of it (like the tongue diagnoses) but it has some good food ideas in it, and she's done a recipe book too.

You're ruling out quite a lot in "fruit and veg"! Why not just experiment with some different types and/or methods of cooking?
