When to start revising for GCSE's

Yo!
Its January- 4 months till its May, and for all those who are on the same boat as me would understand that the majority of the exams will be taken at the end of the summer (May and June) - Yep, seems along way away , however with 18 exams all together 6 of which are science (three chemistry three physics) , Im wondering if its reasonable to consider revising soon. When do you all think your going to start revising, or when do you think is a sensible time to start. Please dont mention a week before because I know I cant scrape any A/A* without revising earlier....
...January? early or about right?

It absolutely depends on you. I started about a month before for the subjects I found difficult, and a week before for the rest. Obviously that's a bit extreme, but I do think that January is a bit early. I'd say March at the absolute earliest.
