Bra Converter

Hey, just got this 'low back convertor' from M&S but cant work out how to use it - it just seems massive ! I have clipped on one of the straps to each side of the normal bra clips and brought it round the front, but it just doesnt hold the bra up. also the strap is much thicker than on the link below, im thinking maybe the wrong thing is in the packet. I've tried using just one of the straps ( the adjustable one) but its far too small like that. Argh ! I need it for tomo!!
