Understanding the Markscheme (Stupid Question)

I am doing a physics paper, and the answers for the multiple choice in the mark scheme is different to the answers given in the Examiners notes.

Am I not understanding something? Can someone help me?

Hi, if you scan and post a copy of both the question AND the mark scheme answer, you will get a much better and faster response.
