Advance Wars 2 or Warioware: Twisted

Tons of replay value in these kind of games, lots of mini-games and stuff to unlock as well.

Sonic Advance and Spyro 2: Season of Flame were the only GBA games I ever completed. Spyro 2 was pretty good. Sonic was hard though, I must say it's been easier with an emulator

Crystal

Best pokemon game by a mile.
Absolutely. Pokemon started declining with the third generation imo...Even though I'd save Kyogre and a handful of others.
I used to love Suicune (still do :hubba:), so Crystal was amazing :^_^:

I'm currently playing through my Yellow version! I got Mew via a glitch and now I'm training up some Dratini for the Elite 4
Wow! I never had/played on Yellow, but a friend had Blue (didn't like it as much as S/G/C though).[/QUOTE]

(Original post by Khallil)
I had Red and Silver (the cartridge was so nice) but they've disappeared from my draw
Oh no, that's terrible!! I remember I lost my Silver, Gold and Crystal cartridges years ago (maybe 7-8); I was in the car, I looked everywhere but couldn't find them, so I assumed they fell out when I got out of the car to play a volleyball match.
I only managed to find them 5 years later, when I cleaned out the same car that, ironically, my parents had decided to sell!! I was SO happy

I really hope you find your cartridges! In any case, there are emulators and roms you can dowload for free if you ever feel nostalgic!

Having Pika follow you around makes it a little more interesting

Me too! They're somewhere in my house, but nothing stays in the same place unless you make it explicitly clear that said thing is important.

I'm glad you found your cartridges! The nostalgia factor is so uplifting it's miraculous
...I think I'm going to fetch my Gameboy and start playing again, LOL

And just to make the nostalgia worse, here you go: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0ftbje_15ck :moon:

I guess Game Boy (including Color) games count as well cause they can be played on the Game Boy Advance, right?

Then it's got to be Pokemon, hands down. I've played all 9 versions up to Emerald. Wasn't keen on their DS power creep though.

Check this one out!

Omg!! I used to play so much in the casino, dat music!! Remember trying to line up the big red sevens (or blue, can't really remember too well)? It wasn't that hard really!

How about this then? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=46LXL...AAD8692FEB1043
Used to love fighting Team Rocket because of this music ahaahahaha

(Original post by Khallil)
Have you ever played Golden Sun (the first one or "The Lost Age") ?
I haven't, no The only other game I've played on Gameboy is Jurassik Park (Gameboy Colour). I bought Pokemon Sapphire, Pokemon LeafGreen (my biggest disappointment), Kindom Hearts: Chain of Memories and Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time when I got the GBA as a present Nothing beats the old GBC games imo though.
Is Golden Sun good?

Team Rocket blast off at the speed of light!
Surrender now or prepare to fight fight fight!
Meowth that's right!
Ahahahah I miss them

Golden Sun is my favourite GBA game (other than RSE). The game is about people living in a world where you can control special powers called Psynergy and you've got to stop the evil villians from igniting lighthouses that'll bring forth destruction upon Weyard!

I have to say, sounds really interesting! And that's a nice picture  Might try it out some time! ^^

There's this other game called Final Fantasy Tactics Advance (for GBA), and that's my second favourite after Pok. Crystal. I didn't mention it before because I don't own the cartridge, I just randomly downloaded the rom and got addicted soon after
It's got a very nice story line (very briefly: you start off in the "real" world, but then you mysteriously get catapulted with all your friends in the FF world, and begin searching for the reasons behind all this while completing missions and battling against enemies and old friends..) and I really like the battle style - static and strategic. The music is great, too!
The combat system is based on classes, or "jobs", like fighter, soldier, black, white mages, etc. The more you level up/learn new abilities, the more particular jobs become available (alchemist, morpher, assassin, paladin, etc.). Then you have different races (Human, Viera, Moogle, Banga and Nu Mou), all with different characteristics that make them more or less suitable for some jobs
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ny0Cmj5AmvA It's a bit short, but it might give you a general idea

Yep, I've played FF Tactics Advance as well, Kupo! It was really awesome. It had something to do with crystals as well right? Also did the game start off with some sort of snowball fight to get you accustomed to the controls? I loved the summons in that game. That's probably 3rd on my list.
Yeah, I didn't want to say too much just in case you hadn't played it and I ended up messing up the experience
It wasss a sssuper game indeed, with the sssnowball fight, yeah! The summons where awesome, but I didn't use them often (I liked working hard to win some battles lol).

I've just discovered this
It may not be perfect, but looks amazing! :gah:

I've seen that one before! It looks so cool. I'm just waiting for the day when there's a fully 3D Pokémon RPG
Yeah, me too! But not with all the new Pokemon from White/Black/Pearl and whatever else...Up to II gen for me, but if it were up to the III I wouldn't complain that much

I totally agree. For me, Gen I-IV are all fantastic but Black/White ruined it for me. That's why I haven't purchased a 3DS+X/Y.
Me neither - Some B/W Pokemon are hideous!:eek:

EDIT: practically all of the
