About study abroad

I'm interested in studying modern languages at Notingham university, and they offer the third year to study abroad. However they also offer for all students to spend one semester in the second year abroad as well. Do you think I would be allowed to spend one semester in second year and the whole of third year abroad both, or do you think they would only allow me to spend the third year.

Yep, that is allowed!

You will spend your third year abroad regardless of anything else as it is a compulsory element of the course.

You can opt to study abroad for a semester in second year as well, but this is optional :smile:
