Hi, i've applied to study Illustration and visual communication at University Of Westminster sept 2014 which is located at the Harrow Campus. I've looked at the accomodation and figured I want to live in the Wembley Student Court rather than the Harrow Hall is it possible for apply for this hall instead of harrow? and does this lower the chance of me getting accommodation?

Also if anyone is studying the course I've applied for, any comments on what its like?

Hey i've applied for the same course! Sent my app out on 7th Jan not heard anything back yet. I'm hoping to live at Wembley Student Court as well, I don't think it does to be honest, I think i'm going to put my app in early though especially for this reason. From what i've read you get a first and 2nd choice but only those studying at harrow can apply for harrow hall, but i doubt they'll be enough places for everyone who studies there to live there hence why Wembley is the place where all first years apply to.

Ahh right thank you! I really like the look of the wembley ones, I haven't heard back from them yet either, nevertheless good luck with your interviews!

Hey I'd definitely look in to Wembley, it's not as good as you may think. You'd have to pay at best £1611 before you moved in and more than likely way before your 1st student finance payment dates, i'd say for sure to look in to harrow as well.

Hey,

I'm a current 3rd year student in Harrow. Haven't been to wembley halls but they are more expensive. Don't knock the harrow halls, they're right on campus, next to the tube, clean & nice. Harrow really isn't far from central on the tube, yet the halls have a field right next to them which is great in summer, real community feeling. I would recommend harrow halls! Also if you're at Wembley, you'll still have to travel to central, yet also pay to travel to uni every day!

Good luck ad enjoy uni!
